After winning a brief in 2022, we had the opportunity to work with Luno – the crypto currency investment app. The aim was to help build positive brand presence and earn cultural relevance, becoming more relatable and welcoming to everyone throughout the UK.
Soon-to-be the Official Crypto Investment Partner of KOKO (an iconic music venue in North London) & All Points East Festival, we were also tasked with helping them to develop a brand activation to amplify these strategic sponsorships and opportunities with them.
In response, we created Luno One – a platform where crypto and music come together – offering the chance to win tickets to sold-out gigs and raising awareness about Luno, encouraging fans to download the app.
My role involved leading the UI, UX, visual and motion design of all platforms, creative and social outputs.
Luno One X KOKO – Landing Page
To promote the upcoming collaboration between Luno One X KOKO, we were asked to design a landing page. Visiting the page gave music enthusiasts the chance to win tickets to exclusive KOKO gigs. It offered users an introduction to Luno One – as well as Luno, offering the chance to receive £10 worth of cryptocurrency upon installing the Luno app.
As part of the team that helped define the UI & UX design of this fresh approach, the intention was to create an Intuitive and clean platform - with the potential for further scalability and addition of new features this landing page established Luno One’s new bold brand aesthetic – while at the same time respecting and ensuring a clear visual link with its mother brand Luno. 


Luno One X KOKO – Performance Ads
We created a series of performance ads, to spread the word and promote the new platform and the Luno One X KOKO collaboration. Aligning with the look and feel of the landing page, I was responsible for the Visual Design, Motion Design and final output of each asset.
Luno One X APE – Alpha Landing Site
Prior to the Luno One X KOKO collaboration - During the early design stages of Luno One, I was asked to create a placeholder landing page, where users could sign up to Luno with the chance to win tickets to All Points East.
Time was tight and Luno needed a quick turnaround – I quickly pulled visual elements from Luno’s existing site and married them to All Points East visuals. Functionality and speed of development was the key. This page acted as the alpha iteration of what eventually evolved into the official Luno One site (as discussed above).

Luno - Investment Evolution & Positive Reinforcement
Performance Marketing Ads
To drive downloads to the Luno app and raise brand awareness, we created a series of Performance ads. The intension was to increase understanding of investing in crypto and negate perception of it being a non-viable investment. My role was to define the art direction for these new ads, as well as delivering the motion design (this included bringing our piggy bank illustration to life) and final output of each concept.
